Daniel W. Casey Library Advocacy Award - Certificate of Merit

Members of the Friends of Maxwell are delighted to have received a Daniel W. Casey Advocacy Certificate of Merit from the Friends Section of the New York Library Association for 2019.
Here's a portion of the letter from Marie Bindeman, Coordinator of the Daniel W. Casey Library Advocacy Award:
"Friends of Libraries Section/NYLA also awards Certificates of Merit to those nominees who have notably served.  A formal letter of notification and a Certificate of Merit will be mailed to you for sharing with Friends in recognition of the Friends of Maxwell Memorial Library for their exceptionally active and creative service to a library in a smaller community."
